Cancellations
You may cancel your order in the first 24 hours. Please note that there will be a $5.00 restocking fee applied to the order.

Returns/Refunds for Used Items
The following products cannot be returned due to safety or hygienic concerns:

We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee as individual results may differ due to variables including but not limited to diet, lifestyle, pre-existing health conditions, and genetics. We, therefore, cannot guarantee results.

Returns for Unused Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without emailing our support team first.

Damages and Issues
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team immediately. We will need your order number and a picture of the damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process & Instructions

1. Return Application Method
All return requests must be submitted via official email. Please contact our support team at support@getrosna.com with your order number, full name, purchased items, and return reason. We will review your request and send a formal return authorization (RA) confirmation email within 1–3 business days. Items sent back without official return authorization will not be accepted or processed.

2. Return Shipping Address
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the official designated return shipping address via email. Do not ship any items to the manufacturer address or any other unapproved address. The company is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged packages caused by unauthorized shipping addresses.

3. Refund Processing Timeframe
After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will complete the product inspection within 3–5 business days. If the returned item meets all return requirements, the refund will be initiated within 2–7 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider, bank processing cycle, and regional payment rules, which may take up to 14 business days.

4. Additional Return Notes
All return shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly delivered by our company. Any missing accessories, damaged original packaging, or obvious usage traces will result in return rejection or partial deduction.
