1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Latin America. We do not support delivery to embargoed, sanctioned countries and remote inaccessible areas.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep, after the manufacturer processes the order. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the regional shipping time is specified below: • United States & Canada: 10–15 business days • European Countries: 12–18 business days • Australia & Southeast Asia: 10–16 business days • Middle East & Latin America: 15–20 business days
We do apologize that shipment delays may occur if the package sent requires customs clearance/inspection, or due to transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

All shipping fees depend on product weight, package size and destination. Standard shipping rates are as follows: • United States & Canada: Starting at $4.99 USD • European Countries: Starting at $5.99 USD • Other Countries: Flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD
Free Shipping Eligibility: • Free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 USD for North America • Free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 USD for Europe • Free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 USD for other regions
